The company for years has been nothing more than smoke and mirrors.

Now it's second hand smoke and broken mirrors. The illusions of the past, which for a time created the impression that there really was something there, are no longer workable.

With no valuable assets, the stock trades under half a penny.

If the result of the bankruptcy proceedings is a restructuring, a valuation expert will value the assets for the court.

There will be a lot of information in that.
