My guess is equity investor. I think someone is trying to get in on this deal. I was looking through some of the recent filings and as of October 15th they shipped their first products that were pre-ordered. Also they generally file their quarterly's in the month following the close so we should see a quarterly report here soon.

Any and every MM can dilute, I think ETRF has been the last few days, also there was a 10 million T trade after closing, they will probably update the OS tonight, I haven't checked.
