I don't believe the end is near. I do believe a turnaround is more and more remote (I say impossible). I think we bounce here, between $0.0001 and $0.0002 for weeks, until the brothers decide that paying auditors and filing with the SEC isn't worth the cost.
My expectation is they then find a way for the new entity to absorb the old entity ... a transaction that won't get common shareholders even a penny.
