They did as far as I can remember. But originally I thought they had some tech company taking care of that part of the business. My gut is telling me they canned the company doing this and then brought in there own people to do it. And that of coarse creates more delays. I'm sure they are working hard but its issues like this that keep coming up that make you feel like what else is going on there that we don't know.
