Yes, just checked this out from 8k:

"The Company has one patent through a licensing agreement with its President and CEO at no cost to the Company. The Company intends to file additional patent applications in the U.S. and Canada as part of its strategy to protect its proprietary products and technologies. However,
patents provide only limited protection of the Company’s intellectual property."

I understand that the one patent is licensed to FNHI, so they don't own it, Steve is the owner. Next question, the 8k says "THE COMPANY" intends to file add'l patents, etc. Is it really the "COMPANY" or is it Steven Rossi that is filing the add'l patents???????????
And who is paying for the research and development plus legal fees for obtaining add'l patents? Steven or FNHI???????????

If Steve is using the company to advance his personal interests in the patents NOT GOOD. If the patents are truly being developed by FNHI and they claim ownership GOOD.

I don't have an answer.
