We have acknowledged their shortcomings and agree that some things need to be improved, as is always the case with growing companies.

Repeating it daily and pinning it to the board goes beyond that and becomes bashing and chasing people away. I won't be part of that.

In other words "I expect them to be 100% perfect because in order to be successful, you have to be perfect. No mistakes can be made and when they are made, screaming from the rooftops of how bad they messed up is the answer to fixing it. Because they will never know if I don't tell them, etc......"
