this response is strangely sympathetic.
recently a legit offer for WM was made to Paul's attorney, it was considered and rebuked... it happened, coincidentally, the same weekend that Paul paid the license and the filings... A good detective could put these clues together. Paul is supposedly smart, a father, & desires a future. Living off dilution is (seemingly) beneath him. However as for the MotoMeter, the future has passed him by.
