Not sure I understand a word of your post, but I bought UNIT last week. I look at it this way: If they keep cranking out the dividend before they go under, at least my loss will be mitigated! Plus, the dividend is U.S. tax free, I believe, i.e., the amount of the dividend reduces my cost for a larger cap gain when I sell.

And, if they don't go bankrupt, we'll be in fat city, well maybe not a vegan! LOL!!!
