No it's not completed yet, this is just saying that the DD of both companies have been completed and they are moving forward. At least that's how I read it, still a nice PR though.....
Not from the official source. Does not say that they have truly formally merged. I could have a deal in place to buy a house and yet it still fall apart at the last second due to financing disapproval from the bank. Anything can still happen here.
Do there is nothing official yet and it doesn't even matter even if there's no merger these companies are working together I can do bitcoin mining in America
