Kate first has to actually change the name of the company before FINRA will acknowledge any name change. She does this by amending the Articles, submitting the Articles to NVSOS and paying a fee. If you remember Kate changed the name of the corporation 3-4 times in the last few months. The name of the Corporation will remain the same until she does what is necessary with NVSOS. Someone else can comment on the timeframe for FINRA to recognize the name change.
