It.means.the.case.will be.dismissed as a.formality. The appeals court instructs the district court on what to do with a case in their opinion. They have said the claims construction will not change the outcome of the case which is PTSC lost. Basically the judge will follow the appeals court judges opinion as they are his "bosses". The case is most certainly already lost. Sell now my friend. I am trying to help U out. In my opinion.

11/30 THURSDAY! Judge.ends.PTSCs.case.by.approving.the motion.for.summary.judgement.against.PTSC!! The judge is ITCHING to kick this patent troll PTSC out on its butt in my opinion. He may even rule against PTSC/TPL at the end of the hearing on Thursday so as to not waste any more of the courts time on trolls like PTSC that harass the true innovators like Samsung. I would sell not my friends while the stock has any value at all. I have read PTSC/TPLs argument and it is quite poor. Even if it was the best argument in the world the judges have seen enough of patent trolls and will accept any argument from the defense to see them finished. Please sell URE remain shares ASAP. In my opinion.
