That isn't entirely true. An RS is really only bad when it is used as a means to further convert notes and continue the pattern of dilution...which, here in the OTC, is pretty much every time we see talks of RS. As such, traders have been rightfully trained to run for the hills whenever RS is mentioned.
That being said, IF BVTK were to confirm in the future that all toxic notes have been satisfied, and that no future toxic funding will take place due to an actual revenue stream, then and only then would an RS actually be healthy for the stock.
