Gary Goodwin was at the helm when millions of shares were illegally issued. Should he not be held somewhat responsible for a failure to carry out his fiduciary responsibilities? I don’t think he deserves one single share of Auryn must less the compensation he has received.

Gary Goodin is the current Director of Medinah Minerals who neglected to do his due diligence as a Director and Russell Godwin is the former President and Director who is suing Medinah for repayment of money he lent to Medinah during the period 2002-2004 and for fraud regarding the sale by Medinah of Alto de Lipangue to Quijano in 2004.
