Dear sirs,

I have heard that there has been a change of plans and that Canoe is no
longer doing a merge with a US OTC company called Santo Mining, led by
one Franjose Yglesias. Can you confirm this, please? Many people are
buying it's stock based solely on the news of this LOI. If it's true
that the merger is no longer on the table, someone needs to put out a
notice of this.
