That's a good question not sure to be honest either way we make nice change... the revenue ONCI is bringing is staggering we benefit either way.

Probably just the Bsafe portion if it is directly related to that (like a car company or Google purchasing). If it is another, much larger, holding company, they may buy the whole thing.
