I think you are right about that - or at least it probably is true that they simply reported the USAGE without adding the NEW INVENTORY on Friday. Then, they added the new inventory on Monday. I strongly suspect that the two days (Friday and Monday) should be averaged together to actually reflect what happened.

In any event, it is a lot lower inventory after Monday then it was after Thursday.
