Using cash to expand business:
Buying Cogosense
Buying Dental Office
Production Facilities to meet new demand
Traveling the globe to sell

For the long run and health of the business it was the smart play.

For the short term stock price it was a grenade.

Depending on the perspective of the share holder it could be seen as OK or terrible.

If one got in over a penny then they are probably thinking wtf. Tuck this away for a few months or a year and all will be well.

More money will come in after they pay the debts

Most of the income is monthly anyway, would take longer to build up enough to pay them off

FINRA may be requiring it to redomicile

May also be part of an acquisition plan

The money you see in a PR is what "will" be coming in, look at the dates for the shipments of the products. Also remember all invoices that have a due amount also have a time frame when their are due. That time frame is most often 30 to 60 days... The money can be put on the books once the product is shipped but the bill is not paid right away... Then that money is used for operational costs, commission for the new sales men, rent on buildings... Steve's trips to continue to grow the company et... The debt is paid with a small amount of shares when its all said and done compared to the total shares in the AS and OS.

Putting everything back into the company to grow and expand. If you have something this big that you know the projections are going to be through the roof as far as sales go, you have to expand the business and scale it to where it needs to be.
