Nope, because I hope it is this week, and I hope it's today! :-)
I think it is his intention for it to be this week, and since he said in the past about news on Tues and Thurs, I hope it's today... but I think he also knows that sometimes things out of his control happen, so he had to leave that little bit of room in there for delays due to unexpected stuff (maybe the engineer in him). :-)
