ask those technical boys WHEN news will occur ?? LOL . That's why technicals are pretty much worthless on a high beta stock in the early stages of development like XXII. FORTUNES ARE MISSED THAT WAY. And there is NO reason to buy into a high beta like XXII, IF you are going to take a chance of missing out on massive upside. IMO
