That would be a hoot if Klein did go to the SCOTUS !

Treaty should have been OOB 2 years ago with MT BS but they keep on ticking like a great company they are.

SCOTUS ???? Add another 4 years Teco is in business till the case is heard. I thought Treaty was going to be shot down back in April after the sumary judgement.

Oh wait, I mean March of last year. Or was it Oct 31 of last year ??
