1) Bid / Ask @ $.0001 for better part of a year (except for handful of days it briefly went to 2 after pump by scum bum CEO berge)
2) A/S raised another 1.1 Billion shares
3) Convertible lenders cannot make money lending with stock at $.0001
4) scum bum CEO berge has LIED before, saying he would not R/S and did anyway
5) History repeats itself
6) scum bum CEO berge is a liar and a thief, an unindicted criminal
