I don't think weather will be a factor, actually good time for an indoor construction project. I could see a problem with any outside projects like concrete or digging but that could be done in spring after the inside is built. A lot needs to get done power, plumbing, controls, hvac, etc. there still in line with getting this accomplished in time as long as funding falls in place relatively soon. Honestly I can't imagine a big investor not taking this risk as long as all the ducks are in a row, to much money to be made here to let it slip through the cracks.
