Changing the rules in the middle of the game doesn't go unnoticed by me.

That isn't true.


Then you said:

And that isn't true either.


Now you drop the reference to Regulation FD, saying:
"Leo can't withhold material information such as interim analysis or final result."

Sure he can. He can also be sued for doing so. But he doesn't have to make those things public under Regulation FD.
