right?.. these people are acting as IF, they were ever invited into a voting proposal meeting and/or proxy, with those unreporting un filing scams going around in pinky world.. getting a nice informational filing is at the least most appreciated.. and Mr Yates with all his voting power he was always protective of the company best interest, and always notified everyone WAY ahead of time of his intentions.. even when the AS increased was decided upon.. he gave 2 months ahead of time notice.

I bet they never seen these kinda of filings and they don't even know how to read the whole thing nor see the "protective" implications of it!!


and I LOVE when he counts all shares.. down to the very last digits
