Facts are not in favor your hype.
If Administration and Congress wanted to do something conclusive then they could have done it during anti-FnF Obama administration.
With GOP/RNC policy and current administration policy, investors need to zero out short positions and build deep long positions.
There is no way Congress can eliminate Shareholders without making US another real communist country. Currently US looks like communist country with FHFA conservatorship not because of Congress but because of some irresponsible Judges.
If one looks at 9th/11th circuit rulings, it is very clear that 4617(f) does not bar judicial review of unlawfull decisions of FHFA as a regulator or conservator.
