Would you consider it bullish if the inspections went poorly, and Tempus continued with their present capabilities, or would you consider acquiring the planes a good thing.

Yes, it could be Bullish if TMPS shares are not diluted. Aside from 99% of the people here disagreeing. Many don't know why it's dilutive nor why or how it impacts the current pps in either scenario.
