historically iam usually really down on all otc pinks no wonder i only have 33-35 followers after many years[same screen name]..regarding fdbl i repeat with ad nauseum thru april -june only 49 k in notes paid of many hundreds of thousands of dollars due.july and august very little trading except for the last week or so in august.september and october has seen an uptick in trading but no where near the volume needed to pay the notes due.what does all this mean imo fdbl has a plan in place?converters due money as you know go right to the courthouse.imo

as far as share structure re pinks many issues far higher in o/s have climbed over a penny on worthy news.imo
