I wouldn't be surprised if MDMN is responsible for the cash call attached to the 1 percent interest they awarded themselves! Possibly even future cash calls! You would have to read the details of the agreement, which aren't available.

was the cash call $2 million? that $75,000 for each percent interest (2000000/27.5). I doubt that these guys would pony that up. undoubtedly they will say that since mdmn owned the interest before it was transferred to them, they are not responsible for the cash call allocated to it.
