As per the agreement: 6.3 (e) The Schedule of Certain Employees contains a true and complete list of the names and positions of the employees of Songbird who currently fill certain positions at Songbird. Seller will keep the requisite positions filled pending the Closing. It will be solely Buyer’s responsibility to retain the relevant employees following the Closing.

Their ceasing operations to store the airplane was reported in the media last spring and also mentioned on Airline Pilot Central's forum. The only pilot I've met from them that talked to me about doing some contract training work for me for a business jet customer, said only the management folks were left. Nothing else would make sense, no one keeps a staff trained and ready for months on end for an airplane that went into storage.I just checked back on here for an update - probably won't be back as I don't buy aviation stock, just checked on this one originally for a friend, so best of luck to you all.
