No clue neverselling but you're right he had to put some money into it. He better hurry up and start issuing some news if he ever expects to make a good 1st impression.
Probably not very much out of pocket. He can simply issue shares post RS to pay for it, and settle the prior holders obligations, debt, cost of merger, etc...He's just taking a zombie shell and trying to reload the printing press with a new coat of paint, not much else IMO.
