The US Supreme Court is fantastic news! Of course, filing a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States does not guarantee it will be heard by the supremes, but its the first step.

There is good news and bad news. The bad news is that the Supreme Court decides "not to hear" most cases.

But the good news is that another lawyer, can file again on different circumstances, learning from what happened before.

It should be great for shareholders if the US Supreme court even decides to hear the case.

This author suggests since this is a FEDERAL issue, not a state issue, the chances of the Supreme Court deciding the case are much better:
