The company's financial model projects EBITDA breakeven at 45 MW of power plant sales, 60 MW of operating portfolio assets, or some combination of the two annually.

They were at that production rate annually when they first got the 150 MW order from POSCO, anticipating many more orders to follow. Then the economy fell apart and those orders did not come, so they had to drastically cut the production.
