jeff: just to add to your post re Simms - he was a great presenter - he convinced me to invest in BPAX and he has a history/reputation for heading/building up companies and having them taken over. I never underestimated him.
I am very grateful that he orchestrated the BPAX merger with ANI. In my opinion, he took care of his shareholders. If memory serves, he owned a BOATLOAD of BPAX stock. He is probably excited too about the possibility of a BO and CVRs.
