ONCIers: The powers at work are looking for ANY reason to hold this down. Right now they have some - like eliminating conversions, ALL of them. Plus, we have to fulfill ALL legal requirements for the name change and for the up-listing. We must be clean. Steve's target, I believe, is to have all negatives eliminated before 11/10. I think Steve wants to personally launch his baby then. That's just my opinion. It's a great time to buy and hold. GO ONCI.
