Wrong. O/S has not changed and in this world companies do not issue free trading shares to raise capital. Nice try though.

That’s my view. All the enthusiasm and momentum was from low float and low share structure and him stating he was interested in shareholder value and then the very next day he says he’s going to do a capital raise

Exactly that little tidbit is what is killing this right now...

Like hey, we need to pay for this new start up, well how about you focus on the one at hand...

CEO is about to drop this thing fast if he doesn’t learn how to communicate to shareholders.

I see a low float right now, how long that lasts is anyone’s guess. Very disappointed to say the least.

the funding was mentioned in previous PR from 9/26 and they looking at non-dilutive funding
