Take a look at Don’t Squeal’s sticky. This is gonna go past .005 sooner than later. Expecting some huge announcements soon. Filed 4 fillings a little bit ago. Waiting on the first 2 Q’s of this year to be current. Also need to fix the 16 10k. Many speculate this will result in a merger-check Don’t Squeal’s sticky. This may not happen but "The Farm Field" will be very attractive in terms of stock price
Currently one of their digesters is installed with a privately held company, LRS, they had a grand opening where LRS states that they love it and look forward to MANY more. They will be buying 8 more (opinion, search the “additional agreements” section 3.4 of the SEC doc between LRS and ECOS for why- I think you’ll agree) and then the output/fertilizer sales are split 60/40 LRS/ECOS so even if there is no merger the company will still profit roughly 1 million dollars a year from the sales off only 1 machine. Now times that by 8 and we are talking roughly an 8 figure number. That alone makes this over .01. The merger makes this over .05
Let’s put it this way. This will be worth buying at this price no matter how you look at it. There are plenty of pennies out there that are far more delinquent, and I’m talking years and just ran....
This ran 1000% off of the news on the one digester etc... now add 8 more and more earnings. This is a no brainer
