is there any possibility that recurring payments from HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc could kick in based on a settlement agreement with Apple or Samsung?

I doubt it, and it doesn't make sense, but it also doesn't make sense to me, that they are getting either nothing or peanuts from these companies for recurring revenue

your thoughts?

I suggest you examine their deal with Fortress, and Doug's deal with himself.

Contracts, eg HP, Lenovo etc, have been in place for almost 18 months now and still NO sign of revenues...
