Nope simply saying that they could easily choose to lose the case or drop it.
I'm not saying any of it is happening. I am simply saying you can't know if it is or isn't happening because Potts keeps you in the dark.
Simular to when I tried to explain that the millions spent on management fees were going in Scotts pocket and you Dan and others told me I was making up conspiracy theories.
Potts has a major conflict of interest even if you choose not to see it. It's in Potts best interest to lose the case. It's as simple as running out of funding for lawyers and Potts takes your asset out from under you.
