So what was funding the ACA subsidies again? If not appropriations from Congress that they asked for then revoked and then invoked the NWS at the same time. Look at the timeline and look at the facts - it's shady. Can I prove it? no I'm not implanted in the UST. Does someone know the truth? absolutely. What that is would be nice to know but save the UST opening their books to the public I don't think either of us will do anything other than speculate on who is right or wrong on the subject.

Honestly I find your head in the sand-ness on this subject disconcerting. Though I find lots of your posts that way these days as much as I appreciate them I don't worship yours or anyone elses opinion.

This was all just cover to avoid direct conflict with Corker who needed to be disassociated from everyone else prior to reversing the trend.
