It depends on the situation and I can see both sides to it. As explained money now can grow the BUSINESS faster maybe not the pps but the actual business. As the business grows pps will follow. Did it have a negative effect on pps? Yes. But I understand why it was done. I would also be willing to bet the PP was pulled not just because shareholders didn't like it but for a reason that can not currently be disclosed. We as shareholders are part owners and Rossi does listen to advice. As far as the late K that is behind us and expect the q's to follow shortly. The business has exponential potential to grow the Alpha + Helios are GAME CHANGERS. Now nothing in life is guaranteed and if you are not willing to take risk then the OTC in general is not for you as FNHI is one of the least risky plays around down here imo.
