Can you show me proof any penny stock owns what they say they own? Of course not...asking for impossible things to create the illusion there is a problem is the oldest trick in the book.

No...I cannot...I have not seen the actual contract for the acquisition, only the contract for the term sheet...which is filed thru Edgar. I can say that by Troy putting out the statement in a press release, he would be liable for many infractions legally & civilly if it were not true. He is not obligated to put anything out to the shareholders until the next Q...sometimes, an 8K is also put out, but not mandatory with our current filing status.

Our relationship with the owners of NGD is well documented in print & video tho. You may want to watch some of Natalie's (NGD owner) videos & read her quotes from newspaper articles, as she often mentions SNM as a partner. Sorry I can't provide links right now, too busy at the moment.

You can bet Troy always checks with his lawyer before a statement like the last p/r goes public. Easy Plaintiff lawsuit win if he is posting fraudulent info. My bet is deal is 100% legit..

The RegA was talked about on this board for weeks as proof of revenue before revenues and then the offering slammed the 0074 high down to 0016 Sad story actually for those who were sold on it
