LOIs are not going to be enough if they are more of the same "nonbinding" LOIs.

We still have not heard about Bahrain. I am holding here, and have been adding some at these levels, but I would not expect significant PPS movement from another LOI.

We need signed deals.

Another LOI isn't going to work. They need an actual deal for stores. Then it would just be like Bahrain.

Even one store, a deal with an actual closing scheduled, would be better than an LOI for any amount of stores.

But none of this has happened so it's a moot point.
