correct 1 percent of auryn's outstanding stock...whether auryn felt it was fair or not is not relevant (well perhaps so if auryn has voting control over mdmn)...mdmn the company paid the shares from its own interest in auryn, the shares belonged to mdmn not to auryn
they should have paid themselves a cash salary which was payable if and when the joint venture with auryn proved successful. just more hands in the till as usual.
