MGTI NEEDS to maintain $4.00 a share for 90 consecutive days to uplist to any of the 3 tiers on Nasdaq. They could have reached that goal without announcing a R/S but they opted to add that into their PRE14a which, look at the share price, has MGTI closer to $2.00 now than earlier this week when MGTI was crowding $3.00.
Despite McAfee's personal physical antics and the off color info in the Ibox he's a smart guy with a head for security related products. If the board votes on just increasing the authorized to 200 million versus the 75 they have now WITHOUT a R/S. Im all for it. Until that decision is made, as Ive stated, Im on the sidelines.
