giving it a market cap (fully diluted) of $30.2 million at the current price of $1.66/share

Maybe it should continue with the sleazy Paid Stock Promotion Campaign to increase the price

ISCO 46% held by insiders market cap of only 7.25 million, this will have its day soon and a 200 million market cap will be correct for this stock
