I refer you to PLUG's discussion/outline of "captive vehicles/tethered vehicles/independent vehicles" as a progression of where the company plans to address the vehicle market.

The FedEx situation that is nearing completion of its trials is good example of the "tethered" vehicles, that come back to a home-base each night.

Again, it's all in the Transcripts of past Conference Calls, so anyone can verify this.

Jack, I think it too soon to judge either of those two at this point. We know both have large potential. The big question is will Plug be part of it. Time will tell.

Delivery vans, like those being tested by FedEx right now with PLUG range extenders, are "over the road vehicles".

Those are the types that PLUG has said they are expanding into, as an adjacent market.

To put out a statement about hydrogen cars, then say PLUG is not involved, is a Straw Man argument.
