There are six modules per 1-MTPA plant, so WNEC will need twelve. The first module should come online as early as August, and I would expect the others to soon follow. The great thing about this modular design which is built with off-the-shelf components (unless Kiewit changes that) is that they can be thrown together quickly to scale up as needed. If WNEC's upgraded coal sells, their 2-MTPA plant could easily be expanded tenfold, along with our royalties.
