Me thinks the law suits are keeping the governments feet too the fire. If the arguments are not true today then the government had better not renege on the courts in the future as it would shorten the course for the plaintiffs. As share holders we are still good as a plan is in place and progress is happening and the twins are on course. It isn't a matter if but of when and with the events of storms and fire it placing more pressure on the issue of RR and recapitalization as a buffer too cushion such events looks even more likely.
