In my experience it's quite common here in the OTC. What matters is the quality of the company that declares it in an 8k.
A scam operation will use it to further their scam, while a legitimate company (MGT) will simply include so if it is needed in the future for legitimate reasons they will have it available.
Being this option has already existed for a couple of years I don't believe it's an intention but rather simply being prepared.
If you've been invested here for any length of time you've already been living with the possibility for years.
R/S SUCK but here with MGT and McAfee I will reserve judgment.
I think it's a long way off if ever and it is more than likely we can uplist without it and then possibly a forward split depending on the pps.
