I don't care if it was the tooth fairy..but I suppose it was probably the consultants in Vietnam who are working on our behalf that made it happen..and I'm guessing there are certain Vietnamese businessmen who are positioning themselves to profit in one way or another if kblb gets approval...im sure they helped..

no..why do it the long and hard way..i would have simply paid whoever needed to get paid and pushed forward..hell I might even pay some who don't need to get paid..generate some good will..i might even pay someone to deal with people who get in my way..
or one can hire "consultants" and pay them to make it happen..they just need to update you on where they are at periodically...how they get there is up to them..you don't need to know and you don't want to know the details..

true..when kim was trying to get it done in Vietnam on his own, I knew it would be a fiasco..when he started hiring consultants in Vietnam to work on kblb's behalf, I felt they at least had a shot..
